How do I generate a carousel?

Set up your Brand Brain (niche, audience, tone), pick a background pack, then tap Generate. SlideChap creates a batch of slideshows — hook, slides, caption, and hashtags — that you can review and edit before publishing.

How do scheduling and auto-posting work?

You can publish now, schedule a post for later, or run continuous auto-posting. Pin Post buckets let you pin a cover image, mark must-have slides, set a weekly calendar, and have SlideChap build and post carousels for you automatically.

How do I connect my social accounts?

Open Settings → Social accounts and connect the platforms you want (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, Pinterest, Threads, Bluesky). If an account disconnects, simply reconnect it from the same screen.

How do credits and purchases work?

AI generation and posting use credits. You can top up with in-app purchases processed by Apple (iOS) or Google Play (Android). For purchase or refund questions tied to billing, contact the store you bought from — Apple Support or Google Play Support; for anything else about your credits, email us.

How do I delete my account and data?

In the app, go to Settings → Delete account. This permanently removes your projects, media, and connected-account links. You can also email us at contact@oktra.dev and we'll help.

A post failed to publish — what now?

Open Schedule, tap the failed post, and use Retry. Most failures are caused by an expired social connection — reconnect the account in Settings, then retry. If it keeps failing, email us with the post details.
